When he lose 50% HP, he splits into 2 smaller eyes with 25% HP each. They have same abilities.

Spiral
Summons blood balls in a spiral pattern, which whirling around him and then explodes
Stomps
Jumps in the player direction 3 times, stunning him
Laser Beams
Shoots 5 lasers, middle one in the player direction
