Sockets

Sockets are slots on items that can hold Runes that buff your weapon depending on the type of Rune.

The amount of Sockets that are randomly decided upon the drop of that item.

The "Clear Sockets" option at any blacksmith will NOT return the socketed Runes to the player's inventory.

The player can toggle whether or not they see sockets in their inventory by pressing (by default) "M"
