Fallen Angel is a monster affix which can only appear on Hell Difficulty, monsters with Fallen Angel have the following:
Damage Type becomes Fire
Chance to drop Angelic Key on Death
Slows on Attacks
250% increased Life
200% increased Experience
75% increased Damage
25% reduced Movement Speed
